How is Delta-8 different from CBD and regular THC?

CBD, Delta-9 THC and Delta-8 THC are all compounds called cannabinoids that are found naturally in the hemp plant. CBD is non-intoxicating. Delta-9 THC (the common form of THC in marijuana) is intoxicating. Delta-8 THC has a structure that is slightly different than Delta-9 THC. Delta-8 THC may cause a cerebral euphoria and may cause some people to experience feelings of intoxication. Many report that the effects of Delta-8 products are more mild than similar Delta-9 THC products.

Under the 2018 Farm Bill any hemp-derived products such as Delta-8 THC containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis are considered legal. Our Delta-8 products comply with this regulation.
